Chinese new yearsince its the new year festive season...shall talk more about what i think new year is abt..its a season of forgetting the wrong things u have done in the past..remembering to give ur well wishes to those arnd u..a refreshing start, and hope u don't repeat the past mistakes..for me, since young its been a chore to face my relatives during the period...greetings are sincere but smt, i'm just too inferior to go ahead..why?from young i have been a quiet person arnd those familiar faces which i aren't close to..only those of my close ones will know i'm a chatty person, seemingly "opinionated" and confident..but in front of those "other people"...i just mumble when they ask abt me and hide behind my brother..for my i nvr spoke a word to my cousins except happy new year and bye..cause they were either too old for me..or we are simply distant apart...but new year in a joyous mood is not just abt the people..its also abt food..for a person who loves so much of confectionary...i like pineapple tarts and kueh bahlu and more except sweets of course...i shall thank everyone here:my friends who have sent in their well wishesmy relatives for their token for a young onemy family...hui ling for letting me borrow money and not being able to return her in time before the new year..finally,i salute the people in the 24 hr service line, esp the bus driver and mrt driver for allowing us to reach our destination in time, it won't be possible for us to celebrate the new year without their generosity to sacrifice their pai nian time...to drive us.for this season,i pray for a peaceful and prosperous year ahead. =)---------------------To ruixiang...i didn't mean to hurt u, cause i nvr have the intention of doing so,i really don't know what u are thinking abt...but what i say is truly a mere casual remark...i know some things can be taken seriously even though i didn't mean it too...i don't know the reason why u are desparately seeking for a love one u must know in love its not abt missing the boat...cause there is nothing like it...whats yours will be yours, though u must still fight for chances at times, but u know u can't catch just any boat u see, cause not all the boats are catered for ur needs...love is like choosing shoes, as i have mention to u before,the one u like may not fit nicely on ur feet...maybe u are afraid of ur feet sized shoe being sold out...but u can't rush into things either for it may backfire..u might not really have bought the shoe u really liked or is really suitable for u...some things are not to be rushed, take a slower pace in picking, i'm sure one day u will find what u really want...for there are many out there who are also waiting for their loved ones...hope this has been useful...i'm sorry for the things i said that have hurt u..happy new year.

its a day of celebrating relationships...
back when i was still in jc and sec sch...
we were always celebrating friendships..
its a sch culture in the english schools whereby we exchange chocs or flowers...
its a great gesture to show ur appreciation of friendship, i guess,
and to change the stereotyping that valentines' day are only for couples...
its now hols for me and i won't be able to continue the tradition in poly...
but i guess i still have my workmates to company for the day...

What does a birthday means?
It means the day u were born…these many years before, maybe u will say”de..”
But have u wonder how is a bday significant to one?
When I was young, I thought a bday was full of presents..
When I grew older, I thought it was nice to be remembered and that my family members still buy me a cake to wish and cut.
Now…sometimes its disappointment when ur friends forget ur bday, but being a forgetful person, I think I do know that sometimes certain things tend to be forgotten…
But what is a bday to for a friend? Does it mean only giving presents? Or are there things more to giving presents?...ok…dilemma again…but there are certainly thoughts with the presents=)
I shall stop giving my “talk” lest u feel its too questioning for a simple day…
I wish myself a happy bday, and sincerely thank my mum for giving birth to me 18 years ago. …=)
